The Management Academy is a five-session program. We focus on further developing valued managers seeking to learn or improve their skills. 

We incorporate the Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team, and DiSC Management assessments, reports and training into the academy. 

The academy also delves into developing communication techniques to listen, understand, connect and talk strategically. We focus on:
