  3. Learn and practice applying critical thinking, negotiation and problem solving

  4. Understand and lead in a multigenerational workplace

  5. Complete the DiSC Productive Conflict Assessment, learn to handle conflict more productively, recognize destructive behaviors, and choose productive responses
